In the following we will answer the most frequent questions regarding the KENT Club and your visit with us.

If you travel by car, there is a large underground garage in the house directly under the club. Please remember to take your parking ticket with you in order to get back into the garage after the event. For further information click here.
Due to the fee paying parking zones restricted for the residents, it can be difficult to find parking spaces in the neighborhood during the evening. You can find more information regarding this topic here.
Yes, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse the entry to guests who are obviously and highly intoxicated, either from alcohol or other substances. People who openly cause stress and are aggressive are also refused the entry.
It is important to carry either a valid ID, passport or driver’s license in case the security wants to check your age.
Our party and club nights are exclusively for guests above 18 years old, without exception. The Youth Protection Act is applied at our concerts.
It is important to know that our Club stands for freedom, diversity, fun and music. We judge every form of ignorance, intolerance, sexism, racism, homophobia and intrusive behavior. This kind of behavior is not tolerated in our Club and leads to an immediate dismiss and house ban.
Backpacks and bags that are taller than DIN A 4, helmets and large umbrellas in general cannot be taken into the Club. It is mandatory to leave little bags at our wardrobe (cash only) or in our lockers (cashless). Small purses are an exception and can be brought in. All bags and purses will be checked upon entry.
Bottles (full or empty), cans, deodorant sprays, sharpies, selfie sticks, professional film and photo cameras, weapons, pyrotechnics, and confetti are not allowed in our Club.
The KENT Club does not assume any accountability for bottles, cans, items and containers left in front of the club. At best just leave these items at home!
To protect those who are non-smokers, smoking is prohibited everywhere inside our Club.
Guests who want to smoke during our events are welcomed to do so in our outdoor area.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an on-site pre-sale. In general, tickets for events at our Club are available at all known ticket agencies and common online suppliers. Tickets for parties and club evenings are generally only available at box office.
Yes, the Club is barrier-free and has a wheelchair accessible toilet.
